An example is the Birdwatching, EcoRanger and the Media site and a download site. They also have an industry site that has no pricing or contact forms that is used exclusively by travel agents that integrates into the operators own web project seamlessly.

What you can't see is that the information for these sites is actually provided by the staff that have specialist knowledge in their respective fields. They log into the site and update information as it is required through an administartion area using a web browser from anywhere on the web.

Another example is the Conferencing area. Whenever a conference is booked a special set of registration forms are created that channels the exact details to the respective areas of the resort. The savings in communication time, the ease of processing registrations at the reservation desk and food and beverage areas is enormous. This all delivers a better bottom line!
